Angie Hudson is a singer, musician and collaborator from Byron Bay, Australia.

Her latest release ‘Just Two’; is a song about creating a world with someone and how magic that can be. Written in a friends apartment in Amsterdam late in the summer of 2019 before the world went into lockdown. Triple J’s Nkechi Anele states that “Angie’s ability to break your heart with her voice is out of control. I hang on her every word – so beautiful.”

Having performed Falls Festival Byron Bay, Mullumbimby Music Festival, touring with acts such as Harry James Angus, Tora, Alex the Astronaut and Parcels, captivating audiences across Australia and EU with Sofar Sounds shows in Paris and London. 2020 has seen Angie working with ARIA award winning producer Steven Schram ( Paul Kelly, San Cisco, Mojo Juju) on an exciting new body of work.

California girl leaves her native state for Nashville in ’96 after a brief stint at being an actress in LA. In her 20’s she taught bilingual second grade in Santa Cruz and Santa Monica as well as high school Spanish … After 7 years teaching school she was ready to chase her dream.

At age 34 with no more than a car load of stuff, Cindy moved to Nashville to concentrate solely on writing and singing. Within a year she came out with her debut CD, Let Me Out Here. The title track won first place in the 2003 International Songwriting contest and was featured in the HBO comedy BIG LOVE in 2006. In 2002, she co-produced Witness, with grammy award winner, Jon Randal. The title track won first place at the prestigious Chris Austin songwriter’s contest at MerleFest in 2002.

In 2009 Cindy and her family moved back to California. In that same year Cindy released I’m Not Leaving, which was nominated Americana song of the year and CD of the year by the Los Angeles Music Awards … In 2010 Cindy won best song in the West Coast Songwriting Association for Alabama Bliss.

In 2009, after 14 years in Nashville, Cindy and her family moved back to California, right next door to Ray Magee, a gifted musician in Ojai. Shortly there after The Lucky Ducks was formed.

The Lucky Ducks are composed of Cindy Kalmenson on guitar and vocals, Ray Magee on pedal steel and harmony, Patricia Cardinali on bass and harmony and Duane Livingston on drums. The Lucky Ducks play a mixture of Jazz, folk, blues, and country originals with familiar favorites woven throughout … Roy Orbison, Neil Young, Bonnie Raitt, Patsy Cline, John Prine, Linda Rondstadt to name a few.

Cindy continues to travel as a solo artist as well as playing festivals, listening rooms and house concerts around the West. She is a very spontaneous, engaging and soulful performer who feels very much at home on stage. Cindy was named the winner of West Coast’s songwriting associations contest for best song of 2010. She has been compared to Sheryl Crow, Kathleen Edwards, and Lucinda Williams.

Cindy was the founder and host of a very successful show that began in 1996 called Girls With Guitars showcasing some of the finest singer songwriters in Nashville. Many of the girls have gone on to major label contracts and publishing deals: Lisa Carver, Nicole Witt, Mary Gauthier, Mindy Smith.

Vinnie Caggiano

Vinnie Caggiano, a Venice Resident for 10 years, is originally from New York City and has performed as a guitar soloist; with bands of almost every variety from African to Blues to Jazz to Country; and as accompanist for local singer-songwriters. He has also logged thousands of hours in recording sessions with various artists.

In his solo work he employs guitar looping through which he creates real-time backing tracks which he jams on.

Vinnie is a music writer as well, with a degree in Music Composition. He teaches guitar locally in Venice from beginners to advanced guitarists specializing in Music Theory.

He is currently in the band The Blue Kind.

Jaraneh Nova is an American born songwriter, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist based in Ojai, CA. She has been called the Voice from the Ancestral Well, drawing inspiration from her Native American roots, bringing the essence of Traditional Native American Music and infuses it with modern sound.

Inspired by the pioneers of song and sound. Her artistic journey weaves original music and native heritage into medicine stories that heal and transform. Her lyrics are powerfully born from prayerful states and channeled from ancestral helpers.

Performing live for over 20,000 people, her live show is a beautiful tapestry woven with live loops of ambient sounds, native flutes, guitars, vocals, and prayers.

This can be transcendence.
This is a musical spiritual quest and homecoming for us all.

Festival audiences at Lucidity, Coachella, Cosmic Carnival, Love Fest, Inlakesh and more, have joined in the trance-like native ambient folk-tronic experience. The beautiful vibes and ancestral energies she brings, lift the spirit and connect the heart to our sacred mother earth.

Jaraneh Nova is a life long musician with her roots in Opera, Jazz and the Classics. Her first band, Blues Crusher was a successful experiment in Psychedelic Blues Rock. Her next project, Big Bone Lick (named after the famous Mammoth burial site in Kentucky) created a fresh Tribal-tronic sound. Next, she began her solo project: Red Road Medicine Show, an evening of live-looping and indigenous wisdom teachings. She is currently working on her first major album release: Emergence.
